Comedian Glen Maney

Glen Maney is now a seasoned veteran of the comedy circuit.

 Cutting his teeth in stag he started to write his own material and soon became known on the mainstream and 'alternative' circuits and has performed a one man show at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

 He has played more than 1500 gigs worldwide including most of the top comedy clubs and made appearances at top festivals such as the Manchester Comedy Festival.

 He's also a favourite on the corporate circuit and a particular favourite of the armed services who he has entertained on numerous occasions both in the UK and abroad.

 He was the first comedian to play Stars and Bars club in Monaco and got a tremendous response. Glen was also Rapido TV's 'Stark Naked Chef' in their 'Talent' show and has numerous TV appearances under his belt.

 A prolific comedy writer Glen has written for TV and Radio and has many 'creative copywriting' credits to his name. So whether it's your wedding, your stag night or you just want someone to make you laugh at a family gathering Glen is probably your man.

Come along for a great treat at the ARC Community Gallery, Reddish, Stockport July 27th 2013.

There are chances to experience and take part in the arts this summer at the Arc Community Gallery in Reddish.

 On Saturday 27th July The Gallery and studios will be open for a special ‘Arc Academy’ – when visitors can have a go at several arty activities such as painting, clay modelling and paper craft. 

All the activities have a summer magical garden theme and are open to all for a small fee – adults and children.

There will be refreshments and the Gallery will be open.


 The Arc Community Gallery is also extending it’s popular Summer Exhibition has been extended until Friday 16th August, open weekdays 10 – 4.

 Families are welcome over the holidays, as are groups but please contact us first. The exhibition is full of wonderful pieces to look at - paintings, drawings, sculpture, textiles, ceramics and jewellery as well as plenty of affordable items for sale and entry is free.
